Service Agreement
The service agreement is a contract between the internet service provider (JUJIEDSO FIBR WIRED INTERNET SERVICES) and the customer. By subscribing to the ISP's services, the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Service Availability
The JUJIEDSO FIBR WIRED INTERNET SERVICES will make every effort to provide a reliable and continuous internet connection. However, the JUJIEDSO FIBR WIRED INTERNET SERVICES does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for any interruptions, delays, or outages that may occur.
Privacy Policy
The JUJIEDSO FIBR WIRED INTERNET SERVICES may collect certain personal information from its customers, such as name, address, and payment information. This information is used solely for billing purposes and is not shared with third parties.
Fiber Wire Installation Policy
During fiber installation, we sometimes encounter problems with private areas. In such cases, the client will be responsible for negotiating access to the area. If the owner of the private area does not agree to the fiber installation, we will not be able to install it for you. Alternatively, if the area is not serviceable, we will also be unable to proceed with the installation.
Device warranty
The devices you have purchased from us, including a router, media converter, patch cord, power cord, and others, come with a warranty period of only three months. If any of these devices get damaged and the warranty period has expired, you may purchase a new device from our office.
Payment Method
You may settle your monthly bill or outstanding balances by visiting our office located at Prk. Dahlia, Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. Alternatively, you can also make your payment through GCASH by sending it to this number: 0909-286-9124 under the name of Monette Marsamolo.
Monthly Due
Your monthly payment is due on the date of installation. For example, if the installation date is January 1st, your first payment will be due on February 1st. Please note that the due date is fixed and cannot be changed, even if you choose to pay in advance or if your payment is delayed.
Grace period
After your due date, JUJIEDSO FIBR Wired Internet Services allows a grace period of 10 days. If payment is not made within the given grace period, your service will be disconnected.
Plan Upgrade/Downgrade
JUJIEDSO FIBER WIRED INTERNET SERVICES provides internet plans with speeds of 10, 20, 30, and 40 Mbps. If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan, you must pay your monthly bill first. The upgrade or downgrade will be activated on the following day.
Proper usage of the router
To prevent any system issues, it is recommended to power cycle your router for at least 2 minutes every 24 hours. When we say "power cycle," it means unplugging the router. Devices such as laptops, computers, and smart TVs should be connected via a LAN cable for a stable connection. However, it's essential to note that routers have a limit on LAN or wired connections.
